Payment must be completed using the methods described on our Secure Payment page. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@cafoiegrasgourmet.shop within the cancellation period.


8. Returns & Refunds

If you cancel your order or receive incorrect, damaged, or defective goods, please contact us promptly.

Once verified, we will:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Replace or repair the product at our expense

Refunds are generally processed within 30 days of confirmation, using the same payment method originally used.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.


9. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Delivery to your location is not possible

  • A pricing or listing error has occurred

Any payment made will be refunded in full.


10. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods transfers to you once payment has been received in full. Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery.
