Conservation of foie gras

• The product's expiration date is written on the back of the glass jar or the can. This foie gras can be stored for several years in a cool, dry place (between 10 and 15°C). Once opened, the foie gras can be kept for several days in the refrigerator. If it is canned, it should be placed on a plate covered with plastic wrap. For the foie gras presented in a glass jar, simply close it and store it in the refrigerator.
